If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two hours of placing the order.

If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.

In case, you have cancelled order within 2 hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement – you will be issued a full refund within 0 to 7 days of the cancellation of the order in case of prepaid mode of payment.

Once the order shipped from our warehouse, Can’t be cancelled, In case you want to cancel the order after dispatch, you have to bear shipping cost.

If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you within 0 to 7 days of the cancellation; no liability shall be incurred by either side.

A customer can raise a return request within the 2 days of order delivery.
You can raise a return request by loging in your account or sending an email to  – clearly stating your Order Number. Return request on whatsApp or Call will not be accepted. You have to mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email,To attach the images and video during the unpacking time of parcel is mandatory.

Return request will be approved if it is requested for a genuine reason. We can cancel your request if the product delivered same as described in the product listing page

The Products cannot be returned if it customized, stitched or altered from your end. Also it can not be accept return if you customized it special for you during order.

Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds are allowed on accessories.

The Product, sold under Special Sale offer [For example: Stock Clearance Sale, No Return No Exchange Sale, Cost to Cost Sale Ect.] will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

You can Exchange your Order, if there have genuine reason for exchange, like any defected, damaged or wrong product delivered by mistake. It will be free of cost, If it follows above criteria

In case you want to Exchange from your own choice, You have to bear both side shipping cost if your request accepted. [You can’t force us for Exchange] You have to request us on mail at [Exchange Request process will be same as Return Request]

Note : We always try to pickup returns on our own efforts or expenses, but in case the return pickup service not available in your area than you have to send it from your side and share tracking details on mail at


The Refund will be issued within o to 7 days of receiving the product back, if the product found same as dispatched, in quality check. Only the product price and Shipping Charges, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, will be refunded. COD Fee will not be refunded. you have to provide the Bank details or UPI id during Refund Request for refund.
